1.1 By registering on Propfunding.com(“Platform”) and or participating in any trading challenge, you (“Trader”, “you”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Agreement”).
1.2 This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Prime Bridge DAO (“we”, “Company”). Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old (or legal age in your jurisdiction) and have the capacity to enter into this Agreement.
2.2 Registration requires providing valid identity information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3.1 Free & Two-Step Challenge: All traders may join the evaluation challenge for free.
3.2 Cohort Funding Allocation: Only the first 10% of traders who fully pass each cohort are eligible for live funding accounts.
3.3 Rollover Mechanism: Traders who pass but miss the top-10% cutoff are automatically re-entered into the next cohort free of charge, at the Company’s discretion.
4.1 No upfront fees are charged.
4.2 A one-time activation fee is only charged once a trader successfully passes and receives a funded account.
4.3 All other platform infrastructure, operations, or tech costs are covered separately.
4.4 Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
5.1 You agree to trade responsibly and comply with all rules and guidelines, including prohibited strategies (e.g., insider trading, high-frequency arbitrage, latency exploitation, etc.).
5.2 We reserve the right to disqualify any trader for suspicious behavior, rule violations, or system manipulation. Any violations may result in forfeiture of evaluation or funding rights.
6.1 All trades, regardless of pass or fail, are captured by the Data Engine and used to feed our LP algorithms and trading strategies.
6.2 By participating, you grant a license to use anonymized trading data to develop and improve trading models.
6.3 Traders receive transparency into their own performance data, but aggregate model performance and LP results remain proprietary.
7.1 Payout: Traders receive 80% of profits generated on funded accounts (minus any nominal operational fees, if declared).
7.2 Trader Protection: No trader is charged unless they pass. Those who complete the challenge but are not funded do not lose capital or progress in the challenge.
7.3 Account Limits: The Company may set capital limits allocated per trader or per cohort. Excessive exposure, abuse, or multi- account usage may result in suspension or disqualification.
8.1 Trading involves substantial risk, including the possibility of loss exceeding expected capital. You are encouraged to trade responsibly and never risk more than you can afford to lose.
8.2 Platform services, including evaluation and funded account allocation, are provided “as-is”. We make no guarantees regarding profitability or outcomes.
8.3 In no event shall liability exceed the total fees paid by you (if any).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prime Bridge DAO, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or legal fees arising from your use of the Platform or breach of this Agreement.
10.1 We may update or amend these Terms at our discretion. Material changes will be communicated via the dashboard or email. Continued use indicates acceptance.
10.2 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for policy violations, suspicious activity, or for any reason deemed appropriate.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of local courts for disputes.
12.1 No waiver of any term is valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties.
12.2 If any provision is found invalid, the remaining terms remain effective.
12.3 This document constitutes the entire agreement between you and us.

Any disputes or claims arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration by the rules of the jurisdiction in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Users waive their right to a class action or jury trial.
The Platform may rely on third-party services (e.g., for payments or data hosting). We are not responsible for these third parties' performance, security, or actions.
All information on Propfunding is only for educational and simulation purposes and should not be interpreted as financial or investment advice. We do not offer brokerage services or access to fundamental markets.
Past performance or success in any evaluation or simulated account does not guarantee future results or outcomes. The Platform does not promise or imply any financial gain.
We do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access to the Interface. Access may be suspended or limited due to maintenance, upgrades, system failures, or other unforeseen issues.
